In addition, individuals are more open to sharing their opinions and perspectives online with each other and receiving solicited advice, hence improving their communication skills.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While communicating online is undoubtedly beneficial to an extent, the overuse of these intelligent devices can deteriorate one\u2019s ability to convey dialogues and the quality of conversations in real-life contexts. Many people find it challenging to express their honest thoughts in a real-time conversation, as they are familiar with expressing them anonymously. Furthermore, the overconsumption of content on smartphones also disconnects people, as they are more inclined to stick with their virtual friends instead.
